At 15 years old, August 23 1975 was an iconic show for me. All my friends were tripping. I was not. The Kiss crowd outside the Calderone Concert Hall before GG made quite a scene. Kiss was still a cult band at this time. Some of their fans were selling homemade photos of Gene Simmons blowing flames from the stage. When the GG show started, it was well after midnight and I was floored by their musicianship and lightshow. Luckily I had a ride home with some older guys because some of my friends walked home still tripping. About a 12 mile hike. A favorite concert ticket stub from back in the day.
