Kaichou wa Maid-sama! is a Japanese animated TV show that, inexplicably, featured the cover of Three Friends. In episode 26 at 09:19, the album cover takes up the entire frame for about three seconds and then is gone. (Thanks to "Blue Strange" for this tip and the picture.)
A fan who speaks fluent Japanese reports: "[I watched] that part on YouTube to try to find any cultural clue, or some play on words lost in translation. None. The lines are straightforward and the translation is accurate. A mystery also what the cover is doing there." (Thanks to Pablo Wally.)
